Delivery Policy

• Kelliher’s aim to deliver all online orders within 2-4 working days.
• Orders placed before noon will be dispatched the same day.
• If your item is listed as ‘in stock online’ it is usually ready to ship straight away. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site, sometimes we may unintentionally publish inaccurate information (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel or delay your order, even if you have received your confirmation email. We will refund any sums you may have paid for items which will not be provided.
• If any part, or all, of your order, is unavailable for delivery we will update you by email/phone as soon as possible.
• If your delivery is delayed by 30 days or more you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
• Refunds take between 5 – 7 days to appear in your account.
• Kelliher’s are not liable for any delays or failure to deliver goods that result from delays that affect our suppliers.
• Some items may be subject to a minimum purchase quantity and some items may be subject to a courier charge depending on their size and Bulk weight.
